Journée 12 (20 mai) – L’Arc de Triomphe
Vendredi, Arty et Tonya ont eu une bonne journée. D’abord, ils sont allés aux Catacombes. Ils ont appris beaucoup de choses sur les Catacombes. Il y a plus que six millions de corps de personnes mortes dans les Catacombes de Paris ! Cela est très calmant.
Après les Catacombes, Arty et Tonya ont traversé la ville pour aller à l’Arc de Triomphe. Arty a été surpris par toute la circulation! Et leur conduite … c’était horrible !
(Friday, Arty and Tonya had a good day. First, they went to the Catacombs. They learned a lot of things about the Catacombs. There are more than six million dead bodies in the Parisian Catacombs! It is very calming.
After the Catacombs, Arty and Tonya crossed the city to go to the Arc de Triomphe. Arty was surprised by all the traffic! And their driving...it was horrible!)
Arty a poussé Tonya à monter vers le sommet de l’Arc de Triomphe. Après avoir atteint le sommet, Tonya était heureuse qu’elle soit montée dans l’Arc de Triomphe parce qu’il y avait une belle vue !
(Arty pushed Tonya to go to the top of the Arc de Triomphe. After climbing to the top, Tonya was happy that she climbed it because it was a beautiful biew!)
