Journée 3 (11 mai) – Notre Dame
Quand ils sont arrivés à l’aéroport de Charles De Gaulle mercredi matin, Kirsten attendait leur arrivée. Ensemble, tous les trois ont pris le métro au 14ième arrondissement et ont marché à l’hôtel. Puis, ils ont pris le métro encore et ont marché à Notre-Dame pour retrouver leur groupe.
Notre-Dame était magnifique ! Elle était très vieille et avait beaucoup de marches. Mais les escaliers valaient l’effort parce que la vue de Paris était spectaculaire ! L’architecture était splendide, aussi ! Arty et Tonya étaient extrêmement heureux d’être enfin avec leurs amies !
(When they arrived at Charles De Gaulle Airport Wednesday morning, Kirsten was waiting for them. Together, all three rode the subway to the 14th arrondissement - a neighborhood within Paris - and walked to the hotel. Then, they rode the subway again and walked to Notre Dame to find their group.
Notre Dame was magnificent! It was very old and had lots of steps. But the stairs were worth the effort because the view of Paris was spectacular! The architecture was splendid, too! Arty and Tonya were extremely happy to finally be with their friends!)
